Senior Structural Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the structural design of the company's new products, master the progress of new product development, cost control, and mass production design;
2. Follow up the supplier's trial mold and trial production, sample approval and other work, and propose solutions to the problems and implement them;
3. Promote product mass production and continuous improvement; participate in the review of new project development and the evaluation of new suppliers’ technical R&D capabilities;
4. Responsible for the preparation of structural process documents and BOM.
Job requirements:
1. Graduated from mechanical automation related major; college degree or above;
2. More than seven years of design work experience and more than three years of team management experience, able to complete projects independently and lead the team to complete work;
3. Lead the review work at each stage of product structure development, conduct the final review and confirmation of product drawings and be responsible for their technical feasibility;
4. Responsible for the structural development of key products, organizing the research work on technical difficulties, and responsible for supervising, assisting in implementation, and controlling progress;
5. Proficient in commonly used 3D drawing software and CAD drawing software, such as PROE/UG, CATIA, etc.;
6. Experience in the development and management of consumer electronic products/industrial control cabinet structures, proficient in plastic/hardware product design, and proficient in mold processing technology and product surface treatment process requirements.
7. Have good communication and collaboration skills;
8. Able to adapt to short-term business trips.
Optical Application Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for cooperating with the R&D team to complete the design of the optical part of the new product and feasibility assessment;
2. Responsible for the iteration of the optical part of the company's existing products;
3. The design and process difficulties encountered during product development can be analyzed in the form of DOE, and the root causes of the problems can be found and corresponding improvement measures can be formulated;
4. Cooperate with product realization, complete the actual optical requirements of the product, and provide technical support for product trials.
Job requirements:
1. Full-time master or doctoral degree in optical engineering, optical physics and other related majors;
2. Have good theoretical knowledge of physical optics and geometric optics, and have experience in HUD/AR/VR industry or related optical design;
3. Understand optical components, optical materials, design, and evaluate optical solutions;
4. Have good communication, coordination and planning skills;
5. Proficient in one or more optical design simulation software.
Optics Intern
Job Responsibilities:
1. Be proficient in Zemax or CodeV software, and be able to perform optical path design simulation, optimization, aberration analysis, and tolerance analysis;
2. Be able to skillfully use lighttools software for light source design;
3. Familiar with structural design and rendering software, etc.
Job requirements:
1. Full-time master or doctoral degree in optical engineering, optical physics and other related majors;

3. Understand optical components, optical materials, design, and evaluate optical solutions;

Hardware Product Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the definition and design of the company's consumer-grade smart hardware products: including user needs and usage scenario mining, product value definition, market and technology trend analysis, competitive product and competitive environment analysis, etc.;
2. Determine the product series positioning, design product solutions, work with the R&D team to develop product specifications, work with industrial designers to develop product structure and appearance, and deliver development and implementation;
3. Integrate and coordinate resources such as ID design, structural design, electronic design, and supply chain to ensure product implementation, promote R&D processes, and ensure on-time delivery of projects;
4. Deliver high-quality, high-standard products that meet market competition requirements to domestic and foreign markets.
Job requirements:
1. More than 3 years of experience in hardware product planning, relatively complete hardware product planning methods, and successful mass production project cases;
2. Strong logical thinking ability, clear communication skills and team drive, good learning ability and adaptability;
