Zhang Bing of XHOLO was appointed as the "Chief Scientist of Optical Display" of the National Virtual Reality Innovation Center

Recently, the only national innovation center in the field of virtual reality (hereinafter referred to as the "Guochuang Center") approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology was successfully held. Zhang Bing, chairman and CEO of XHOLO, was invited to attend and was hired as a member of the National Innovation Center Committee and served as the chief scientist of optical display.

The National Innovation Center aims to focus on the key common technical problems restricting the development of the virtual reality industry and build a full-chain innovation ecology guided by the "research and development of key common technologies that can be industrialized". The committee emphasized that Professor Zhang Bing has pioneered the promotion of technology from the laboratory to industrialization with a forward-looking business vision, an extremely innovative scientist spirit, and a doer who is deeply involved in the industry.

Winning this award is not only an affirmation of Zhang Bing's personal technical contributions, but also a high praise for the efforts made by private enterprises in promoting the digital transformation of the industry. In the context of the recent intensive release of signals from the state to support the development of the private economy, the breakthrough progress of a number of specialized, special and new "little giant" enterprises such as Xianghang is becoming a new engine to promote the high-quality development of China's economy.

During the event, Zhang Bing delivered a keynote speech entitled "Medium-free Hologram: Outlining the New Future of Glasses-Free Virtual Reality". Each iteration of the interaction mode provides new possibilities for spatial computing. With the advent of the era of 5G and spatial computing, media-free holographic technology is reshaping a new generation of interaction mode, which is also the driving force behind the deep cultivation of emerging industries.

Cutting-edge technology must serve people, and with the self-developed new nano-scale material "microchannel matrix optical waveguide flat plate MOW-PLATE", XHOLO has overcome key technical problems such as holographic imaging without medium and inaccurate touch interaction in the air, fused sensors and AI algorithm models, and built a multi-modal interaction system. At present, medium-free holographic products have landed in multi-field projects at home and abroad, and are bringing holographic interactive scenes into reality.

The growth trajectory of XHOLO confirms the vigorous vitality of the private economy. Since its establishment, the company has built more than 500 intellectual property barriers covering the world. Zhang Bing said that private enterprises are highly sensitive to market demand and can quickly achieve technology iteration, and in the future, we will continue to invest in research and development to promote the new boundaries of technology application.
