In the past year, under the strategic guidance of the Board of Directors and management, all XHOLO employees have united with determination and forged ahead with keen insight. We have advanced steadily through the waves of technological change and seized opportunities in market expansion. This has effectively driven the deepening breakthrough of our core technology, the solid implementation of market applications, and the steady construction of the industrial ecosystem. Our overall business development has progressed steadily, laying a solid foundation for achieving our longer-term goals.

In 2025, our core technology achieved leapfrog development. Adhering to the strategy of "Pre-research one generation, Develop one generation, Produce one generation," we persistently promoted the iterative upgrading of key areas such as core technology, manufacturing processes, and product experience. We achieved technological breakthroughs globally in areas like the largest size, clearest imaging, and lowest interaction latency. Our technological achievements were selected as national-level cases, our Jiangxi subsidiary was certified as a High-Tech Enterprise, we made a significant appearance at the APEC conference, received high recognition from world-class institutions, and showcased the technological strength and innovative image of "Created in China" on a world-class stage.

In 2025, our product achievements made critical progress. Relying on our "5+N" full-scenario product system, centered on modular and standardized product modules, we systematically improved R&D efficiency, optimized software and UI interaction experiences, and initiated strategic cooperation with many of the world's top partners. We deeply applied our solutions in diverse scenarios such as smart cabins, smart healthcare, smart education, exhibitions, and consumer electronics, significantly reducing the integration difficulty, learning costs, and deployment cycles for ecological partners and clients. We completed a comprehensive leap from a global technology leader to an industrial ecosystem builder.

In 2025, we achieved in-depth expansion in our global ecosystem and strategic client cultivation. Based on our self-developed core technology, continuously improving product strength, and the "customer-centric" value concept, we joined hands with top global ecological partners like BOE, Hisense, and Lenovo, and co-launched multiple innovative products and solutions with strategic clients in the "5+N" fields. Furthermore, we were active on top international stages such as CES and the World Artificial Intelligence Conference, elevating our brand influence by tens of millions, and receiving high praise from national ministries, international organizations, and governments and experts at all levels.

In 2025, we consistently placed talent at the core of the company's development. We continuously optimized our organizational structure, attracting outstanding talents from home and abroad to join XHOLO, building a team with strong quality and professional expertise. This ensures that every employee's creativity and value can be accurately transformed into tangible results driving the company forward, becoming XHOLO's most precious asset and the foundation for our continued leadership.

Upgrade Core Technology: Always adhere to Media-free Holography as the core of our innovation, further optimize the technology layout, and concentrate resources on tackling next-generation optical display and interaction algorithms, ensuring our technological moat continues to deepen and our global leadership position remains unchallenged.

Optimize Industry Layout: Closely align with the national innovation-driven strategy and real market feedback, focus strategic resources on five high-potential areas: Cultural Tourism & Dual Exhibitions, Smart Healthcare, Smart Home, Consumer Electronics, and Smart Cabins, achieving a deep transformation from technological advantages to industrial advantages.

Strengthen Organization and Operations: Build a specialized team centered around the five key areas. Through systematic knowledge empowerment, enable every XHOLO member to deeply understand the complete chain from technical principles and product structure to customer needs, creating a versatile elite team that "understands both technology and the market," truly achieving synchronous improvement for both individuals and the company.
