Good News! Zhang Bing, Chairman of XHOLO, Awarded the Title of "Shanghai March 8th Red-Banner Pacesetter"

Among them, Dr. Zhang Bing, founder, chairman, and CEO of XHOLO, has been honorably elected as a "Shanghai Women's March 8th Red-Banner Pacesetter" for her outstanding achievements and contributions in the field of technological innovation.

The award of Dr. Zhang Bing not only demonstrates the wisdom, responsibility, and practical spirit of Shanghai's leading women in science and technology, but also an authoritative recognition of her more than 30 years of deep cultivation in the field of scientific and technological innovation.

Looking back at Dr. Zhang Bing's path of scientific and technological innovation, from being the first to conduct research on medium-free holography technology overseas in 1996, to responding to the national call for "double innovation" and returning to China to start a business in 2015, she has always adhered to the dual wheel drive concept of "technological breakthroughs+commercial landing", and created a national scientific and technological innovation brand with international competitiveness. Under her leadership, the XHOLO team focuses on medium-free holography technology and independently develops high-performance optical materials that are suitable for diverse application scenarios. From material preparation to finished product output, a complete technical loop is built and the technology is mass-produced and implemented.

Along with technological breakthroughs, Dr. Zhang Bing led her team to form significant advantages in product cost control, not only significantly reducing industry application barriers, but also achieving international leading levels in core performance indicators. At present, XHOLO has built a core patent moat around medium-free holography, and has accumulated more than 500 intellectual property rights including PCT, providing strong support for continuous technological iteration and industrial expansion.
